If (its a big IF) he put us into admin - he could quite feasibly insist that any comany buying us out of admin pay £5m a year rent for the stadium (or any amount he deems reasonable)

Don't say it can't happen. Thats what happened at Coventry

And the beneficiary of putting us into administration is.....????

Exactly

Ok. Let’s think about it.....

Currently, if he wants to sell the club, what’s it worth? A separate company owns the ground - what did he pay for the club and ground? What would he get for the club alone? He isn’t going to get his money back that he’s chucked in, if he’s looking likely to have to put in another £20m or more in the next 12 months with promotion looking way way off, why wouldn’t admin be a possibility?

They can’t work out the change from a fiver so I would question the accuracy of any points deduction calculation.

The charges were dropped so he had no case to answer.

Like I said,  if they find the club guilty he will take it very personally

But the new club don't have to take the offer up

If he puts SWFC into admin it will not affect the company he set up to buy the ground. Therefore it retains ownership of the ground and the debt owed to the club will disappear.

The company that owns the ground would still have to pay for it

What’s the odds that on the day our judgement is announced, the EFL also announce we’ve broken PnS rules for 2018/19 season (those accounts are due anytime now)

Is there much chance that we haven't broken rules again? If it's a 3 year rolling process isn't it almost certain we will again be in breach?
