Get Jack Clarke

If we don’t like it when our chairman signs players the manager doesn’t want to play*, why would we welcome Tottenham dictating who our manager has to play?

*Not saying he has, but some have claimed that happened and no one was happy about it.

We need players either on loan or permanent who want to play here and are going to give it 100% to show what they're capable of......

The last one we got from spurs on loan was lazy, idle and had absolutely no interest in being here onomah was a total waste of a loan. Not sure Clarke would be any different.

Think for once we have higher priorities than wingers. I will be shocked if left back and striker aren’t addressed in January.

Agreed, Palmer has really been struggling. Good effort isn't cutting it sadly

If you’re watching Wednesday at the moment - and have come to the conclusion that Palmer is struggling you either don’t know the game or have a pre-assumed opinion about his ability.

hes been consistently good at left back since moving there and in part has removed some of the urgency over fixing the left back problem.

hes starting for Scotland this weekend in a team full of players who in the majority far better than those at Wednesday which will only make him improve further.

utter rubbish to say he’s struggling.

Liam played well for Scotland today in his own position. If we need a left back it's to get Palmer back on the right side of our defence instead of Oddjob Banjo.

Surely we will spend the whole or the run up to the transfer window insisting that despite having a gazillion strikers our failure to be fifteen points clear and have scored fifty goals already is only down to needing a striker and we need to go and spend the entire Chansiri family fortune on a new striker who we can then slag off for the length of his contract for not achieving the above targets?

Jack Clarke is a real odd one, he burst on the scene last season and he looked unplayable for Leeds.

Then he had that horrendous incident at M'boro where he collapsed and got sent to hospital and was out for a while, he came back towards the end of the season and looked half the player.

His transfer to Spurs was a bit of a saga and dragged on all summer and was the worst kept secret ever at Leeds, Spurs paid £10m and then loaned him back to Leeds.

When he came back he let slip in a post match interview that it was always the plan to move from Leeds, since then him and his agent Ian Harte been getting dog's abuse from Leeds fans across social media, must be gutting for him as he grew up a Leeds fan and no idea what that does to an 18 year olds psyche or mental health. It wasn't too dissimilar to the stick George Hirst got from our fans, very unpalatable.

Now he's not played a minute for Leeds' first team in the league and has only featured a couple of times on the bench
