With Leeds keeper reportedly off, no doubt they'll come sniffing now, and with no sign of him signing a contract, I'm worried.

We've activated the 1 year extension, so they'll have to pay a fee if they want him

We've also offered a 2 year deal, but if he doesn't sign that, then we are going to activate the year extension

Best Wednesday keeper for years.

Give him a three year deal.

It’s a no-brainer.

People saying dont offer him two years need to think how much it would cost us to replace him. It wouldnt be cheap.

This.

Plus Buffon played until he was 39 at Champ League/International level (and only retired as Italy failed to make WC) so I cannot understand this only 1 year mullarky due to his age. Keep him. He instills confidence into our defence. The stats don't lie.

But this is Wednesday.

We'll offer him 1 year, huddersfield will offer him 2, he'll go for nothing, get promoted with them and we'll finish mid table again.

Great idea give a 34 year old a 3 year contract

He can't go for nothing. We hold the aces there.

We have the option to extend his contract by a year so he is going no where.

I know we all want westwood to stay but he is 34 and is hardly the fittest keeper ,had many many injuries while here most just short term/knocks .  a 2 year deal would be fine ,3years is too long  , lets hope he signs.

They've had their fifteen minutes of fame,no chance of another promotion to the premiership.

Two year deal would be good.

But that 15 minutes of fame has given them a massive financial gain on us.

I'm hoping we dont have to use that as it shows he doesnt intend on staying. I'd rather he signed a deal off his own back.

Not really a big deal for a keeper that.
