All quiet strange the idea of a vegetarian sausage.

"I don't want to eat meat. The idea of killing animals repulses me and as a moral and philosophical point I won't eat them. "

"What do you want for breakfast?"

"Anything natural and not containing any of Earth's  beautiful creatures."

" No problem"

"Oh, but could you please make it look and taste like meat. Ta"

One player never getting a mention is Abdi. If  he can come back from injury and gain full fitness he would be immense . I remember him from his Watford days he was fantastic.

I believe he was their player of the season when they went up .

if Jo’s can get him to reproduce that form we’ve got one hell of a squad

Think what has happened with Matias may stop you being laughed at with that one.

lol

But in all honesty he is up against probably Bannan, Lee and Onomah and he will have to out work them to stand any chance.

Good luck with that Abdi.

Here’s a positive for all of you fact fans.

6 games in and we’ve had 6 different goal scorers

6 goals and 6 different goal scorers would have been more impressive.

:stuwinky:

Actually add that Joao has the best goal to game minutes ratio in the championship.

Now that's impressive

Was laid in bed thinking all of the above, when our lass got up and went for a pee. On way back she belched, farted, scratched her myrtle then got into bed and asked me if i fancied mi leg over (Such a smooth talker). Luckily the dogs woke up and saved the day. Phew!! could have spoilt mi weekend.

I can see this as a charming RomCom.

Hugh Grant or Colin Firth playing Willow, Andie McDowell or Julia Roberts as Mrs Willow.

Im a glass half full type, I really enjoyed yesterday and I really hope Thorniley and Penney continue as they are doing.  Both look like they could play a lot of games for us.  I think Jos has fallen a little lucky there, neither were his first, maybe not even his second choice, they weren’t even on the bench at Wigan.

The next few games are likely to really show us the potential for this season.  We have to remember that we’ve only won each game by 1 goal, Dawson is having to make more saves than any other keeper in the Championship, we’ve not kept a clean sheet in the league and we’ve played generally weaker sides so far.

Really looking forward to the next match, Stokes current firm sort of suggests it would have been good to play them midweek rather than after they have had the chance to regroup, but the break will also help us I think.  Players returning from injury, a slight rest for the youngsters and a couple of decent looking loanees to integrate.

I even seen a picture of training where Abdi was out of the wheelchair and he didn’t even have a full body cast on WTF:

Right, I've had enough of this! I've been up since 4 o'clock and all that sweet and and sugary int'it great to be a Wednesdayite garbage has worn off!

* We still have major FFP issues.

* We have to find £12 million from somewhere.

* We failed to realise any cash from our assets.

* Nobody's gone out on loan so no reduction in the payroll.

* Two new loanees ON the payroll.

* The teams we've beaten are all at the bottom of the table.

* No sign of new revenue streams.

* No place in the squad for Westwood and he's costing big bucks.

* Lee, Hooper and Abdi still injured.

* No matchday commentary from BBC Radio Sheffield for those who can't get to the game.

* No commentary rights income from the BBC.

* We've slipped to tenth in the table.

* Sunday papers are raving about the pigs thrashing Villa.

* Sunday papers reporting our result from a "desperate times for Reading" perspective.

* England could lose the Test.

* Yorkshire could get relegated.

* Can't get a veggie Sunday dinner ..or is it lunch?

* Just checked...Failed to win the Lottery...AGAIN

* Post match euphoria doesn't last as long as it used to.
