Finney on the Wing Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 The hard working Fletcher/Matias pairing against Millwall gave us the base to dominate that game. The Nuhiu/Joao combination wasn't half as effective against Ipswich but, they were very good last season and Joao was clinical enough to keep his place. Plus, having Forestieri ready to come off the bench is an excellent option. Nice problem to have for Jos and just a case of taking your chance(s) when they arrive, really. The constant nuhiu knocking is uncalled for. Only his bad games seem to get mentioned. Last season has been forgotten very quickly. We all know he can be poor but on his day he's a handful and is like nothing else we've got. He's written off before kickoff half of the time.
