Reading 1 - 2 Sheffield Wednesday FC - MDT thingy

Half time

Impressive shifts from Palmer and Penney at full back. Stuck go the task and kept Readings wife delivery to a minimum.

Matias and Joao both put in absolute loads of effort and deserve praise for their outstanding tracking back and marking. They're really following their clear instruction and doing their best to help the team with its defensive shape when we don't have the ball (which has been a lot!)

Nuhiu quiet, but we've not attacked much other than on the counter.

Must find him quicker and sharper to let him hold it and let us get up the pitch.

Reach ,Bannan and Pelupessy shuttling across and trying to keep a right columnist the middle of the park.  Could do with finding Nuhiu quicker and then getting on - just as they did superbly for the goal.

So much tracking and marking from Joey. Worst job in football ,it really is. Doing well though in cutting the options out.

Reading will be coming put doing the same.

The opportunity will be there for us to pick them off.

No need for us to go totally go gun Ho. But equally we don't want to invite them in.

Get Matias and Joao running at speed on the counter and the second goal is easily there for us.

Longer is goes on more chance of Jos being able to bring in fresh legs and finish them off.

Just now, Barr Grylls said:

You have moaned about him kicking it long because it came straight back but in the same comment have said we cant string 4 passes together. Make your mind up what you want

wow

do you know the difference between causation and correlation?

If we are losing possesion and being pinned back a lot, is a hit and hope good decision making? Is being so far from his goal when the ball is very likely to come straight back going to add more or less pressure to the back line?

Have a think before you carry on.
