Don't really know what the feck i'm reading except that we've lost a bit of monies so I don't really think I can moan.

Fair play

Hang fire though as we have a couple of experts drafting up easy to understand guides to how screwed we are

Just read all of this post and I just don't agree with it

I think it's hysterical, lacks facts, and offering critics the only retort to 'buy the club' is downright daft innit

I don’t think the EFL will regard the accounts as “meaningless”.

Looks that way unless there are player sales this summer. However, most of our saleable assets are injured. Reach could be a target for a premier league club who need a wing back. That is his position.

Future creditor position of £43.7 is a nightmare and you can only see problems down the line if we don’t get promoted next season.

Accounts go up to the end of May though,  so we can't sell any top assets in this financial year even if we wanted/needed to.

The accounts that have been published are primarily for tax purposes though.

These are not the same as what will be submitted for FFP or P&S.

Be interesting to see what these are.

True. Got to say, I’m really concerned if we don’t get promoted next season. The creditor position is over £60m with a turnover less than £24m. Coupled with ongoing costs, such as wages it looks a recipe for disaster.

We have a load of aging crocks with little resale value which compounds the problem. Younger players such as Rhodes have lost the plot.

I've been warning people for a long time - look at all those negs.

Morepork sets aside worrying financials and has a quiet moment of reflection to reminisce about the good old days of the Neg.  lol

No

I'm the neutral observer across the road with a cup of tea in hand and a bun in the other, watching on as you do your thing

What type of bun ? cream, jam, chocolate ?

Hopefully good strong tea too

We need to know!
