The embarrassment of giving derby winnall in exchange for Butterfield and then having to loan Martin. Christ.

On the plus side, he might be the only person in existence to like our away shirt.

Yes please.

So that's Dean Marney and Chris Martin you advocate us signing.

Were you pro Carlos out of interest?

They'd give us bite for the remainder of the season. Marney would not be a long term solution, but would help see us clear. Martin leads the line very well. His record for assists is equally impressive as goal scoring over the years for a striker of his type. Rhodes, Joao, even Hooper would benefit when fit as a strike-partner.

For whatever reason, his face doesn't fit at Derby under Rowett. It happens! McClaren loved him, and got the best out of him.

Pearson also didnt like him, as he shipped him out to Fulham.

So not just a case of his face not fitting with rowett
