The bigger picture - this season vs last season (GRAPH)

Recommended Posts

Interesting that we're currently only 2 points better off now than this stage last season after 31 games.

However the next 5 games from last season resulted in 3 draws and 2 defeats.

31 games last season - 53 points

31 games this season - 55 points

36 games last season - 56 points

36 games this season - ?

Next 5 games:

Forest A

Brentford H

Leeds A

Norwich H

Burton H

Good opportunity then to get much further ahead of our points total from last season in the next 5 games.

Jesus, look how them to are doing compared to last seasons. Mother flippers better have a slump.

Ta for all the graphs as well Ryan. Really appreciate this type of stuff.

3 points on sat please Wednesday just so this graph gets more interesting.

If we win out next 2 it looks to me like we'll have hit the top 2 line just about.

Just about. Slightly under. Win next three and we break it.

Not wanting to get ahead of myself but if we were to say win 2, draw 2 and lose 1 in the next 5 that would put us well ahead of last season (but quite a bit short of the top 2 average "green" line).

Exactly what I was thinking. It's unreal. Can it be sustained?

Is this an indication of the top end of Championship improving. I definitely feel there's a divide opening up between haves and have-nots in this division.
