Guest Automatic Drip Posted January 24, 2016 Share Posted January 24, 2016 Looks good to me - much prefer the classic retro style to some garish 'modern' design that would look dated within 18 months of being released. The backstory to it is quite intriguing, too - why did we have this crest designed in the 50s if it was never used on a shirt until now? The last time it was changed, didn't we go back to 70's owl because most fans wanted it back? Although the late 90's - early 2000's badge was a modern version of this one, people just didn't like it and merchandise sales fell. I may be wrong but I think that's what happen.
