it's a fairly big plot of land. Not sure on overall plans, but as I said there's talks around offices and building space.

Sure there would be a few people opposed to losing another sports facility though. The thais aren't messing about with this, the local sports teams are being told they can't discuss leases at the moment because of it.

It looks to make sense.

Planning approval was refused on the training ground application (resi/supermarket) because the site we proposed to move too meant the loss of community facilities. This would face the same issue unless we incorporated some community use in there or made provision somewhere.

Also offices wouldn't be straightforward either, need to pass a couple of tests but a decent consultant could probably demonstrate that.
