wishlist of signings this summer

Recommended Posts

I like attacking fullbacks with an end product.

Id love to see Hunt and Friend bombing forward, Semedo dropping in alongside Lees and Loovens to make a back 3 when attacking.

Both Marshall and Ritchie can go on the outside or cut inside, they can both play on either side.

With McGugan pulling the strings.

Big KJ getting on the end of the many crosses and Callum Wilson always running in behind.

I would pay double to watch this week in week out.

It would be rather expensive though.

Palmer does bomb forward, but would probably commit himself to attack even more if he had a capable winger covering him.

He also seems more reserved when he's not playing in a team with Semedo.

I think we will all be suprised at the unexpectedly high quality of players that will be brought in this summer

No more shopping on the bargain basement.

We are to see some real quality this time around.

Harry Maguire would provide more than just cover, he would be perfect option as part of a 5-3-2 ( don't get caught up on formations) should we opt to use it. Plus, he would be worth half a dozen goals a season from corners and set pieces.

I would envisage him getting 25+ (sub games) games a season.

McGugan is a must (is that spelt right) he can control the game back to front.

A lot of talk too about other Championship/Premiership players, all good but my they come at a premium price wise. Tend to think we will see plenty of European players that will have everyone checking their credentials on the various sites.

I'd temper that expectation by reminding you, that we're looking to re-sign / loan Keane in the summer

McGugan has to be the priority

Ross Wallace

Jerome Thomas

Nicky Maynard

Joe Lewis to replace Kirkland as back up

Ross Wallace is a very good shout. Good end product, pace and experience.

Has he played much this season?
