lukeyswfc
I thought if we came out of Leeds and Ipswich within 3 points that’s good for us. Today was poor from us, shocking really, naive from Danny. However, our season really does start now, I agree with those saying it. After 18 games if someone told you with 8 to go the table is like this you’d have laughed. If someone said it in January you’d have probably laughed. Twists and turns to come. Come on Wednesday! Edited March 16 by lukeyswfc

TheBoyBeevers
Strange feeling- being pumped 6-0 and playing terribly, but the results over the last two games have gone our way. In the next round, we’ve got Swansea at home whilst: - Plymouth are away at Norwich, - Stoke are away at Hull, - Huddersfield and Blackburn have tough home games against Coventry and Ipswich, and - QPR play Brum meaning at least one of them will drop points. Probably our best chance all season at actually getting out of the bottom 3.
BIG D
Yep. If we win and Huddersfield dont beat Coventry we’re out of the bottom 3. Any result in QPR v Birmingham will see us go above one of them. .

Another is that we won 4 consecutive games and didn't move (and 5 out of 6) Poveda and BB being fit for Easter is crucial. If we can beat Swansea we can finally move up. Some interesting fixtures over easter

Southie_Owl
Clutching at straws a bit but I feel Swansea beating Cardiff and now being 7 points clear of relegation was actually a good result for us too, as they may have some complacency in their next game, against us. They will probably put more importance on their home game against QPR on the Easter Monday.

Notwithstanding 6 pointers from those playing each other or draws from those teams ? Blackburn have the toughest in theory, with all the top 4 to play. The only team they play in the bottom 10 is us We also have to play Stoke and QPR. Those 3 games could be crucial for us. There are plenty of other games between teams at the bottom, where somebody if not a draw will pick up 3 points. The best result for us in those games will probably change several times as the season goes on. 3 of them also have to go to Rotherham which should be a routine 3 points. Rotherham play Millwall on Easter Monday, which I think they might have to win to put off relegation. At least until the next game when they play Plymouth at home on the Friday night. And Rotherham won't want to suffer relegation in front of the Sky cameras. So maybe they can do us a favour in those next 2 home games.
