The Lyle Taylor saga continues

Recommended Posts

We could have Messi and Kane up front, but without the service they won't do anything.

If only we had a player on our books that could cross a ball into dangerous areas on a consistent basis. You know, a player who contributed a decent amount of assists last season and who got in dangerous areas, as well as scoring a few goals.

I wonder where we could find one of those?

lol

We could have Messi and Kane and they would either be deemed too old or not good enough by our fans. lol

Don't Bannan and Taylor have the same agent anyway?  If so, he is hardly going to say he's crap is he?

I think Bannan cares more about our destiny than someone from his same agent.

Bannan could do with someone else left footed and capable of playing a quick one-two with himself for a return pass inside the full back towards the goal line.

Can anyone think of someone?🤨

Disagree that Messi wouldn't do anything, he's a player that creates his own chances with his skill and shooting ability.   Kane has also been known to shrug off defenders move forward and unless unsavable strikes outside the box too.

But we've only got one space left in the squad so can't sign both

A) Would you prefer the prices at Sheffield Wednesday across the board, for example Season Tickets, matchday tickets, official merchandise, corporate hospitality, were reduced to previous eras? The consequence of this would be the sale of key senior players, regular promotion to the first team of academy youngsters and a reduced level of investment.

Answer: Yes 29.94% No 70.06%

B) Alternatively, would you prefer the club to build on the current level of investment, maintain the pricing structure, and extend our ongoing strategy geared towards promotion to the Premier League.

Answer: Yes: 70.14%  No: 29.86%

Let’s be honest. DC won’t sanction it until after Friday because surely if we lose and are woeful its bye bye  X. New manager again and players he doesn’t want. Round and round we go.

I would guess you're correct and this  is the case

Messi’s never played in the Championship and Kane hasn’t done so for quite a few years. So, they’d both be poor signings.

And there are people out there who say that Chansiri is a man of honour and doesn't lie.

Yeah, it's a conundrum. Hope we get one of them in before Friday though.
