And people still defend this manager

Come on, I read your posts, you’re better than that.  It was poor defending pure and simple.  If your offside trap is dependent on a linesman picking up on something so marginal then it’s not really working at all is it.

Yeah, it is. Offsides are often close calls.

Unfortunately the linesman failed to do his job properly.

We had Dunkley and Palmer at that point, in a back 3 that’s done ok previously.  Can’t excuse the lack of character currently being shown.

I think it can be explained, if you excuse it is up to you .

Tho to be fair you can draw 46 games and go a whole season unbeaten, amazing! And still get relegated.  So not so great really.

We’ve drawn far too many games this season including in our unbeaten run. And a lot of draws against poor sides.

but we haven’t drawn 46 games so that’s completely irrelevant something like 5 or 6 wins that’s half of the unbeaten run that we’ve took 3 points from we have been so much better recently in thought matches against the likes of wycombe who are going for automatic promotion mk dons who we came from behind to beat who are in a similar place to us this is just a one of game where we haven’t been at the same pace as sunderland due to no windass theo starting dunkley coming off

Come on now..

Of course its delusional

What made moore in his management career worthy of been appointed here ?

What in his career suggests he's going to turn us into a serious contenders

Numerous managers get berated on here daily and they've go cv's that wee all over Moores

So why does moore get special treatment?

Its it simply because he is a nice guy

It’s a crap league. The unbeaten run is no major achievement really is it?

And unfortunately we don’t win prizes for unbeaten runs. Our manager has won 9 football matches out of 23 against teams of cloggers with a fraction of our budget. It’s absolutely embarrassing as is this performance today.

Rotherham are top of the league FFS.

To think it’s a strong possibility that we might even miss out on the playoffs in this dogshite division!

Our club is full of losers from the boardroom down. The whole lot of the playing and management staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. 9 wins against absolute dross. The only decent thing at our club is the fans. It’s a joke.

This 100%

Stop trying to defend such a shambolic performance by looking for pathetic excuses.  A decent team shows a bit of character and battles back from such a setback.  We show no fight at all, unless you count Bannan’s petulance.

I'm all for fair debate

I'm all for criticism of tactics, starting lineups, form etc

But for people to now start blaming Darren Moore for our defence playing a player offside and the linesman not calling it - well that's a whole new level of stupid

Clickbait post - leave it out for tonight. What about the other 4 goals? You aint helping!

What are you on about, he was at least 3 yards onside!

it wasn’t even close to being offside.

If you pause it, you can see when the ball is 3 yards from the passing player he’s still a couple of yards onside then.

We've conceded an opening goal which should have been given offside; lost our only remaining senior centre-back to injury; and are trying to defend with a right-back, a left-winger and a lad from the U23s...pretty much everything that could go against us this evening has gone against us.

Debatable...
