Is chansiri serious 😳 embarrassing.

He is a business man looking for his money back, we can criticise him and his decisions, but just like Mandaric he will be looking for some sort of return, obviously it's going to be very difficult to attract that sort of money at this point in time though, as for wanting him out, let's not forget we could still get somebody worse, football clubs attract all sorts of shysters, let's be careful what we wish for .... maybe Mammadov is still interested !

he is basically valuing the club on what he has idiotically spent his money on rather than actually valuing the club with its assets.

We all know how bad at paperwork he is, this just reinforces it along with his pathetic ego

'Very difficult' - understatement

No business man in his right mind will come within £155 million of that. There are no assets, what are they buying? Fresh air?

The best we can hope for is that he agrees to step aside for a smaller fee, with bonuses linked to promotion to the championship and premier League so at least he has hope of getting his money back.

Saying that, he deserves no less than to walk away with a big hole in his pocket.

Hopefully £160m is similar to when you are selling a house and the asking price is on the high side and you negotiate it down a bit.
£160m is about 5 times what it is worth though.

You will need another few million after buying it as well. Plus a lot know how and patience to turn us around.

Has it got an MOT??

Not sure, not very good with cash or paperwork, think I backdated it a couple of years ago......got a feeling that it might be overdue now, but I don't usually follow the rules, do my own thing.....it will be fine

Interested at this price?

But is also exactly why he can value it as high or low as he wants to really, it's his !

DC is looking for a minor miracle.

Hoping for a Saudi Prince with nowt better to do and sat on a oil field of money.

He will be selling the Club on its fan base and history not on its current plight.

As they say " there's one born ever minute"

Thats right he can. all that does though is make him more detached than ever. Just what you need after relegation to connect with the fans and tell them you have a plan.

He has no standing left. I hope he bankrupts himself.

How much money you’ve wasted is irrelevant in the sale of a business.

If anything, that should drive the asking price down, being non-viable.

Presume he’s factored in the £60m ground price plus ‘one taxi firm, never been used’.

This smokescreen sums the man up.
