The Only good memory of that game was Lawrie Madden clattering Peter Reid after 45 seconds it went downhill fast after that

I hope it isn't a repeat of when we went to Chelsea a few years ago , never turned up that day and we were easily rolled over.

Nothing to lose tonight ,it would be great to see us put up a fight and and give Everton a proper game but I haven't forgot our defeats at Rotherham , Huddersfield and Forest which were some of the worst performances I've ever seen from a Wednesday team.

If we lose but have put in a performance I'll be ok with that.

Anyone got those little butterflies stating in the old tummy?

Excitement building?

Everton versus  Wednesday, in the FA Cup.

It sounds right doesn't it. Sounds proper.

Like what a cup tie should sound like.

Everton versus Wednesday.  Two of the best names in football.

I like the proper names. Crewe Alexandra, Preston North End, Everton, Wednesday, Plymouth Argyle, Leyton Orient, Accrington Stanley.

That's what it's all about. Proper names.

Proper names in proper cup ties.

I'm going to have a toasted tea cake now and a pot of tea.

Come on The Wednesday!

Don't know that one ?

Yea, well Big Ron kept it quiet.

He didn't want everyone to know that he found his wife in

a hot tub with Laurie Madden!

Hard to imagine Laurie in a hot tub.

A top hat and bow tie maybe

Mrs Atkinson must have been pretty desperate.
