Didn't one of the reporters also say we had a medical booked for today as well.

See to be lots of press for fans money with season tickets but still only 13 first team players.

Not like our first game of the season is 22 days away or anything though.

The club need to get their act together and start signing some of the many players needed.

The medical was last Friday.

Max Watters has signed on loan for MK Dons from Cardiff. A striker who knows where the net is but probably not quite ready for Chsmlionship football just yet.

Yep ......could be a shrewd pick up by MK...................................however DM is the manager who let him leave Donny for nowt , and 6 months later he was sold for a million................................which is a bit worrying re DM.s eye for a player

Alex Pritchard gone to Sunderland

Stephen Humphrys gone to Wigan

We’re falling so so behind. I knew we weren’t gonna get the cream of the crop league one player. I knew we’d be basement diving.

But to have not signed anyone yet is quite scary.

Think we need to relax a little, we will be waiting on clubs deciding to who and where to loan their younger talent out. Frustrating as ideally you want to have your squad all sorted before season starts but that’s where we are I’m afraid.

Surely we’re either under an embargo or we aren’t ??    Not allowed to pay fees ?  What rules have we broke for that ??

The EFL need to explain immediately

Also the fact we can’t pay fees out might just explain the windass and borner (to a lesser extent) transfer stance. It’s no good selling players if we can’t use the money to reinvest in the squad.

My understanding is that we can pay a fee for a player, but the EFL have placed conditions regarding the size of the fee and salary of the player

Does seem a bit daft, under the embargo we apparently were allowed to make free transfers and loans anyway so what’s changed now we aren’t under an embargo?

Also be interesting to know where Howson has got this info from, it won’t be from the EFL as that’s like getting blood from a stone, has the club leaked it to temper expectations maybe?

That’s not what Dom Howson reckons mate, frees and loans only according to his sources.

We are under and embargo because we don't pay our players, and probably still owe money. We really shouldn't be allowed to sign player on a free or in loan.

We are not Embargoed, we have paid the players, and of course we should be able to sign players, Undermines the leagues rules on squad numbers if not.
