owlZfan84
If we pick up 3 points on Saturday, the table at could look VERY interesting at 5:45pm.... - Villa/Boro will take points at each other. - Preston/B'ham to take points off each other. - Derby don't play. - Bristol City don't play.
sherlyegg
Would like to see midds and west brom hit top form They both play quite a few of our rivals...6th is the best we will do. Especially if midds start dropping points, means some of rivals will be beating them
S36 OWL
I think we will need seven wins from the last nine games to have a chance .
Southie_Owl
I think 6 wins and 3 draws would do it Need Villa to beat Boro and Brum to get a draw at Preston. Then on Saturday night we would be 3 points off 5th and 2 points off 6th.
The only way is S6
Draws for everybody except us. It's them that kill you, as we know. Plus Blackburn have recently lost away to Rotherham & Reading. Edited March 14, 2019 by The only way is S6
oh_weds_we_love_you
Leeds, Norwich, and Wednesday treble and it'll be a happy weekend (even if I do have to cheer Leeds on)!! Edited March 14, 2019 by oh_weds_we_love_you

Think that would guarantee 6th, 73pts My guess 71 will make 6th we would need 72 due to GD Unless we thump blackburn 5-0, then we could get 6th on GD over frank lampards derby

room0035
I think 70 -72 points is going to be the mark to get to get in the play off's but this could vary if we take points off our rivals it could be done with less than 70 points - which has not happened for a long time but the league is that competitive this season. All we can do is keep winning and see what happens.
Jon Newsome
It's a massive game now Saturday, argubally biggest of the season so far. Win and it's well and truly on, anything less than 3 points and it's over.

asteener1867
So its finally got to the "Countin' chickens" stage..No worries...I think its excellent that there is now a sniff of a chance What Owls fans have to keep in mind though is..No game in this league is a given...That makes the run under Bruce even more remarkable... But if we look to the Leeds an' the Norwich games..and take our eyes of the Blackburns, Prestons and QPR's etc...WE could well come a cropper
