Fans ask him to jump around on the sidelines and show some pashun!!! - stands there quiet and is accused of being boring and having no personality Gives his reasoning why Westwood won't be playing and that Dawson is number 1 and will be a fine keeper in years to come. Fans on both the player and managers back with every goal conceded. It goes on and on and on .... Fans want to put more effort into complaining about the effort some players aren't putting in, the previous incumbents absolutely garbage transfer policy and signings and refusal to sign aggressive ball winners and the man at the very top for financial mishandling of incredible proportions and for hoodwinking many fans into believing he's a nice guy with a real fondness for this club and that knows what he's doing ... Fans will always have opinions and views, pretty sure Jos will do what he thinks is best. If starts acting on fans advice all the time he will not last long. Bad night tonight but we’ll bounce back. Best to have a bad run now and pick it up in March/April. Hopefully he stays calm amongst all the chaos and just works hard to improve us. Think we will see a reaction on Saturday at Birmingham. That's a hanging offence in itself. Then there's the matter of attempting to play a brand of football at the back which we're unsuited to playing. Bannan, Reach, Onomah, Joao, Hector, Fletcher, Pudil, in my opinion these players would get into that QPR side if they had them. The problems are caused by the wrong systems or tactics or motivation. As Hog Staton said at the season's beginning, if you relegate your best keeper into third place, and things then go badly, then you're making a rod for your own back. If you're going to attempt to play a passing style at the back, then an assured, confident keeper is even more needed. I mean that a defence has to have confidence in its keeper, to pass with assurance. Uncertainty between the sticks generally begets uncertainty in the defenders. Nervousness is infectious.
