Do enlighten us Sally obviously you must work at HMRC and have some wonderful insight. The season before we bought Abdi he destroyed us and looked a sound investment; Westwood a free has been worth every penny when you consider his current replacement/s. Boyd and Jones were part of the contingency for a horrendous injury list. As fans we buy the cake, we have no input regarding the ingredients. No the season before we bought Abdi he was nursing an injury for Watford and their fans at the time knew it and told us. We lapped it up. Bizarre signing, didn't fit into our system and when we played him shoved him left wing. Just poor planning for 3m and his wages which won't have been cheap. Westwood fantastic signing. But we gave him a bumper new deal in 2016. Now we've frozen him out, he's what 34? Nobody will take him off us. Boyd and Jones shocking signings. Or, is Jos just a yes man and doesn't select the growing list of established players on our books that are supposed to be injured, because for what ever reason the owner doesn't want them playing?
