A group of wolves: The three in front are old & sick, they walk in front to set the pace of the running group lest they get left behind. The next five are the strongest & best, they are tasked to protect the front side if there is an attack. The pack in the middle are always protected from any attack. The five behind them are also among the strongest & best; they are tasked to protect the back side if there is an attack. The last one is the LEADER (in our case Jos) He ensures that no one is left behind. He keeps the pack unified and on the same path. He is always ready to run in any direction to protect & serves as the 'bodyguard' to the entire group. Just in case anyone wanted to know what it really means to be a leader. It's not about being out front. It means taking care of the team. Jos is doing exactly that. He's come in, he's managing the pack, protecting the injured, ensuring the weakest develop into stronger animals. TRUST IN JOS Thought you'd fell out with Carlos, that could well be a passage in his next book!

alanharper
The average success rate for a wolf hunt is around 14% - bit like our win percentage recently.

I hope Jos isn't considering it for the Villa game.

Hitcat
Not sure we'd get away with a 1-5-11-5-3 formation.. Either way, I'm pretty sure we'd still lose with Wallace up top on his own. Edited February 21, 2018 by Hitcat
Quist
Jos is making the best of what is a bad job. We have quite a few players who can not pweform consistently when played in successive games. They need time to recover. Often on the past we have failed to reproduce form in a midweek game after a succesful weekedn game. Jos has recognised problem and is trying to get round this and keep players fresh. Unfortunately this means turning out untrued and untested line ups. It will show exactly what players have in their locker. we were missing a goal scorer last night we missed several good chances towards the end and althogh noy a great performance there were several promising signs. Just hope Thorniley is ok had a reasonable game until injury. Millwall are not a bad side and have some good forwards.

asteener1867
Total ,load of crap///// The Wolves in front simply walk faster than the Wolves behind..on account of being Wolves....The ones in the middle are a little faster than the ones at the back...and the ones at the back are simply Wolves that walk slower than the previously mentioned Wolves... The one ..reight at the back...is Bothroyd....
Morepork
I love my club. I back the Owner and I will give JL 100% support until I see legitimate reasons not to. I did the same for Carlos. I want a positive OT environment. But posts like this feel like state-sponsored propaganda.
