Anyone getting that upset over a football shirt deserves dry bumming with a rusty whisk.

Especially an Ipswich kit

Can't see the point in abusing the shop staff it's certainly not their fault the kits are not in stock.

im disappointed I've not been able to buy the kit for my kids for their summer holidays and if it's not in soon I will be buying a Porto top for my eldest xmas present as he wants a football kit.

Very poor from the club given the fact this was a great opportunity to boost sales this season , they knew Sondico ran out and a proper kit manufacturer should have been organised long beforehand.

Think the club needs a full time Chief Exec. Someone like Paul Aldridge. Someone who's worked in football and understands it

Spot on Grandad. PA was very good and had the confidence and respect of Milan M who himself was not the easiest to work with.

Its a great shame that PA and D C did not hit it off from the outset, which they didn't.

A friend of mine who financed several of our deals up to P A leaving said he was very good to work with.and well respected in the game.

Sad to say that the SWFC Megastore staff seem to be getting some really bad treatment and plain downright abuse over the new kit not being in stock.

There's reports of quite a few Owls fans displaying their disappointment that the new shirt isn't here by verbally abusing the staff members in the store.

Sad times. No need.

Can you expand? was it 1,100,1000,100000, doesn`t excuse it just puts it in to context.

Commercially the club has to be as crap as it has ever been.

Appreciate all the great things Mr C has done for the club, but commercially we are an embarrassment.

The club shop stocked with outdated kits at full price. Holes in the flipping wall for some reason last time I went. FFS there's still pictures of Antonio knocking about in it.

At a time when we have FFP concerns, I for the life of me can't understand why the commercial side of the club is treated with indifference and seemingly contempt.

The Antonio pic moan again, get over it. There's a pic of Jack Charlton in the South stand, does that need taking down?

The funny thing is the people getting upset will and abusing staff will be 50 + year old blokes with beer bellies that look complete dogs knobs in replica shirts anyway lol

You’d try and the burn the f00ker down if there was a picture of Nuhiu.

I note that that you were unable to challenge the general point of my post, so pinpointed the most inconsequential part of it.

Really?  I was in earlier with 2 other people, staff behind the counter said it was the busiest it had been all week.

It's a sham though, the old Sondico shirt is still on sale at £55.

Looks nice in the window though that single new shirt we have.

Yep. Commercially we are a shambles, it can't be defended so why would I even try ?

As for old old pics of players, they're all o'er the ground. The moaning of an old Antonio pic is pathetic, folk always use that as a stick to attack the club shop and it's needless, makes no difference to what they sell/ don't sell. hence why I mentioned that

If they can find a pic of Nuhiu scoring they'd have to scrape off the dust lol

Imagine being thick AND lazy enough to complain at a shop assistant over something so obviously not their fault.

Imagine being enough of a scumbag to stoop beyond complaints, all the way to 'abuse'.

Imagine being enough of a baby to get genuinely riled about replica football shirts.

How the heck do these people cope with real adult life, one wonders. Hopefully their poor overheated walnut brains will explode before they cause anyone else too much bother.

This isn't specific to SWFC.  Anyone who's worked in retail knows that the general public consists of knuckedragging morons.

Like I've said before it's concerning how adult men are so worried about a football shirt, they shouldn't be wearing it anyway.

Why shouldn't be wearing it ? I get the shirts every year and wear them to matches and I'm 48 . It's not that I am worried but to not have a shirt to buy for anyone in October and no idea when they will be available  is shambolic . It's a revenue stream that makes decent money that is being lost . Doesn't worry me as I bought the three year deal so they will turn  up when they turn up . They've had my money but to not be able to wear it to matches at the start of the third month of matches is laughable and people who would buy it , quite a few will now not bother . If I was a kid at school and the piggy kids had their shirts on I'd be properly narked . Still we could start a trend to have a shirt that's retro before it's released :tango:

Correct, it won't be the first or the last no matter if it's there, Tesco, John Lewis or any other retail store.

All they'll care about is they continue to pick up a wage and there jobs are safe. I'd hope they'd have the appropriate training to deal with the worst of society and they have contact with security should they be required
