Think tank
I'm not his biggest fan, but he was a class act today! Best performance I have seen from him! Still can't shoot though!
WUGGAMONKEY1
Bannan???? Should have been sat with the guy behind me after he'd misplaced a first half pass......(according to the guy himself). Thank goodness Barry realised the guy was a moron and didn't take him up on his offer.
Tuney Owl
Played well, even the Leeds boss liked him. Great team effort tho
Whatahoot
He was given the freedom of Hillsborough by Leeds midfield today, so was able to play well. When he's pressed quickly he does not find it so easy. He should look at Lee's goal and take note. Bannan's shooting is wayward. Did well enough today though. We'llNeverBeMastered
Pumping the badge when he came off too, one of my favourites, unplayable on his day.
HIGHERSTATE
Been best player on the pitch for many games this season..normal for him
swinners
Great game today, but if only the guy could shoot........ Mind you. If he could, he wouldn't be playing in the championship.
WalthamOwl
Just think how much he would be worth if he could shoot on target :-)
Pod9
It's official!! Barry Bannan is better than Zidane.
Worksop Wednesday
very good today, no doubting when he plays well , Wednesday play well, ball seemed tied to his foot at times Need to work at how to give him room to play every game and if he's not 'at it' change it so he can be
SiJ
When he's on it...top player. Infuriating at times, but no disputing his talent. His finishing/shooting on the other hand
Inspector Lestrade
He's head and shoulders above everyone else, lets his feet do the talking but hes thinking all the time, two steps ahead everyone else. Need to get the rest of the team on his wavelength.
james o connor
Nobody has slagged him off more than me but this season he's been brilliant. Just wish he wasn't so so so bad in front of goal
Almat
With regard to the art of shooting, whilst i accept that some are naturally better than others but surely this is a skill that can be developed in training? Similarly Westwood's distribution. Everybody thinks Becks was naturally brilliant at free kicks (and I'm sure the natural talent was there) but he's often said he used to stay back after training to hone his free kicks. Different sport but Jonny Wilkinson was another who spent hours after training honing his kicking skills. And guess what? His drop goal won us the Rugby World Cup. Sonny
Quality bit of skill later on in the second half. Looking forward to seeing that again. Edited October 1, 2017 by Sonny
peacock1961
Quote Carlos needs to have a word with hopper/Wallace and lee and keep bannan on the training ground telling him to keep his knee over the ball when shooting. When he gets it wrong Wallace can give him a clip, Lee can chase him all over the ground then Hooper can stick his arse on him.

SiJ
It says something when the opposition manager basically pinpoints you (and their inability to stop you) as the key (or one of them) reason for why they lost and lost well.
