I am sure this has been asked before at a steering meeting. I think I remember reading that it couldn't be asked again as Chansiri gets annoyed with the same questions.. I'd love to know how he thinks the commercial side of the business is working. The shop for example is a total embarrassment and has been for going on 15 years.
