alanharper
They had their record league crowd at that ground against us earlier this season - 22,638 And that was only because tickets were a tenner (except ours, we sold out at £30) and they were top of the league. What I mean is why haven't they got theirs on sale asap like we did.
Ever the pessimist
They will sell out. You could argue that a Championship Play Off semi is their biggest game in decades - that is not meant to sound arrogant or patronising - have they been this close to the top flight in many, many years? Ours didn't sell out until general sale, their general sale starts tomorrow evening Huddersfield, a town of 170,000, Sheffield a city of 640,000 but with 2 professional clubs. Basically our support is proportional to the area both teams are from...

It's the other 2 legs between the southern teams that will have empty seats everywhere. 100% this. I'd love to know Readings average home attendance this season. 15k? TheSlicer
Just had a quick look on their forum (which is very painful on the eyes). A thread about not getting a ticket. Which has been shot down in flames saying that they will easily get tickets. They are alsl suggesting looking into getting a box between several of them down at hillsborough for the second leg. Saxondale
Their Director or whatever he is, is giving it the big push on twitter, urging their fans to get tickets and support them. You'd have thought that wouldn't have been necessary. Especially at £20 a ticket ffs.

Our fans will be 90% proper full on and motivated beyond belief. Lots of Hudds (Reading Fulham) will be there for the day out asking who the bald guy in midfield is. Personally I'm not going to let us lose.

Reading also struggling to sell out. Not really into p**sing contests but they all have 24,000 seaters roughly and all struggling to sell out. Wonder if any of them can take 45,000 to Wembley.
