It's crazy how, we have a few months to work on these deals, ready to be finalised on the first day of the window, and yet it always seems to end up in a mad scramble on the last day Buying clubs are hoping for a cut-price deal whilst selling clubs hold out for a better offer. Or alternatively, when is some thicko of a Chairman going to fall for paying that amount for a striker who isn't scoring that many in the Championship at the moment? Crazy man.
