The pictures before only showed the owl being covered up... Maybe the zebra finance sign going up is a complete coincidence to the Owl having work done on it. I don't see what the badge would have to do with it Maybe the banner going up and the badge being covered has no link to each other at all? We can do more than one job on The Kop at one time... Or we just wanted to protect the badge when stuff was happening on The Kop? Just incase it got knocked/scratched? I don't know.
