Very poor planning, basically it's saying we didn't want CC as head coach but now we can't get anyone else he will have to do.

It's a good sign that they weren't prepared to budge on his position. They obviously have a plan of what they want and are sticking to it.

seems some back tracking. CC was originally going to be head coach with assistant then hes general manager and now hes back to head coach? More like journos got their speculation wrong and there was never going to be a role change

I think CC was always going to be "number 1" regardless of his formal title. Club wanted Cooper as his assistant but were willing to let him have the Head Coach title, whist CC picked team and tactics.

 

Cooper has decided he doesn't want that and we've said fair enough, we'll move on.
