I remember going to CCC with my dad with my TC t shirt on and a fully grown Blade came up to me and said "You wanna watch yourself wearing that round here"..........I was 9 That was probably the day I realised I hated United. Standing only 5 foot 4 inches he had a very low centre of gravity and I loved the way he could dribble the ball past defenders. He also had quite a turn of speed on the wing for such a small guy. Stayed with Wednesday for two seasons before going to Hong Kong Rangers. Today Henderson runs a hotel in Broxburn and owns a pub in Kickcaldy. He had bad eyesight and wore contact lenses. Legend has it that late on in an Old Firm encounter he inquired on the sidelines, "How long to go, how long to go?"
