Last Chance Tomorrow?

Recommended Posts

Birmingham only got a point today and Huddersfield lost, so if we win tomorrow we jump over them both and out of the drop zone! There's also a double pointer next week between Birmingham and Huddersfield, so 3 of the points which might count against us will disappear.

But how many times have we had chances of late, and blown them?

We can't afford to blow this one. If we don't win, the chances of relegation are very high, and one of our remaining fixtures is a tough one.

Its not a mathematical certainty, but realistically if we lose tomorrow, that's that.

Thank you, Mr. Chansiri!

We’re winning tomorrow and staying up, here’s why

When we signed Ashley Fletcher I said at the time that he’s a 4 goal a season striker. Well I’m sticking with that claim. 2 goals tomorrow in a 2-1 win, 1 goal next Saturday in a 1-1 draw, and a last minute winner against Sunderland

Hopefully we realise what an opportunity tomorrow now is and go for the win. If (and a big if) we can follow this with a win at home v West Brow and Udders and Brum draw it wouldn’t even go to the final day!
Unlikely but that would be just absolutely bloody amazing after this season!

Honestly, can you imagine the scenes at full time if that happens. It’d top last season

Wouldn’t Brum be on 47 and we’d be on 50, meaning if they won the last game and we lost, we’d go down on goal difference.

Which would be a typical Wednesday thing to do.

After Blackburn's stellar wins at Sunderland and Leeds, and their second half bossing of Ipswich it's hard to see how we beat them.

Unless they take a hard earned day off. Must count for something that they are safe. We just have to keep them off the scoresheet.

Yes. My bad. Had them on 45 for some reason!

Fletcher! He plays and scores for Wrexham. Oh u mean..... em em em the dud signing from Watford.

Don't make me laugh. Pitiful.

One game at a time.

Blackburn away.

+

Then WBA at home who were unlucky at Leicester + fighting for play off place. That will be a very tough game!

+

Sunderland away

We coukd win there as their form up + down. But then again..... 🫣
