jonnyowl
Southgate is far too loyal to player like Sterling and Mount whilst not giving others a chance!
FreshOwl
It’s gonna be the same with Southgate after we get knocked out in Qatar at the 2nd round/ QF stage. He should never have been given an extension Edited June 11, 2022 by FreshOwl
Waddle93
Can't believe how much Tomori has improved since he was on loan at Derby a few years ago.

Ever the pessimist
Said for a long time that Sterling is a flat track bully. Fills his boots against lesser sides but poor in big games (I accept he was good last summer). Rice is quality, Bellingham is going to be even better. The real top clubs should be breaking the bank for them. Do we play them both though?

You hear good things about him for Dortmund, but never sure how much that is reality and how much that is our press fawning over another young English player. Sure he's talented, but we do tend go OTT with anyone who shows a hint of talent. I’ve watched a few Dortmund games (notably the Rangers tie) and he’s a hell of a player. At only 18 he was carrying Dortmund at times.

He should be considered 3rd of all in that role, lets hope he kicks on and starts, one small mistake in his debut but the positives good for him
fudge27
I wouldn't mind seeing Guehi and Tomoroi together against Hungary Last game I'd experiment with the following Ramsdale Walker Guehi Tomoroi Alexander Arnold Bellingham Phillips Ward Prowse Justin Bowen Kane

scram
I really cannot be bothered to replay all that stuff tbh We all saw what happened - and we all bias it to our own opinions But i absolutely disagree we played a back 3 in the euro's - it was a back 6 and front 4 - or in some cases back/defensive 7 and front

Jim
We pass the ball around reasonably well. We get into good situations in and around the opposition penalty area then it invariably comes to nothing. I just can’t see why Southgate perseveres with Mount. I just think there are better options around? Southgate has done a far better job than I thought he would do but he lacks that certain something that could make him an England Managerial Legend. Looking forward to Nov/Dec and him proving me wrong

I’m not claiming to be some ultra perceptive talent scout, but to me Bellingham is going to be top, top class

SiJ
Sancho not even near the squad atm. See if he's up to it next season. Almost willing to give him a pass considering how much of a mess Man U have been.
