A month in and nobody seems to have heard anything!! *Hello Thank you for your email, please see the section on your confirmation email. - A member of the Ticketing team will be in touch on the number you provided to arrange your refund within 60 days of the end of the Season/Match Ticket rebate period. The end date for the rebate period was the 1st September. The club has just took the pìss out of the fans that did request a refund...its plain and simple and couldn't even give a proper explanation as to why this huge delay. I paid for last seasons ticket in February 2019. It’s now October 2020. We’ve got ‘players’ earning £ms.
