Dont care if he wins or loses. I want him gone whatever.

I desperately want DC and his crew out of this our club

I certainly do care he wins though, we cannot afford to sustain a penalty with this bunch of lobbers in the shirt

It will also make us a bit more appealing to any buyer who may or may not be sniffing around

I’d settle for a 9 point deduction and Chansiri getting banned. That way we can still avoid relegation.

Some people might think that would also give us a fighting chance of ridding ourself of a bloke who is potentially highly detrimental to our future. I couldn’t possibly comment.

That would put us on the same points as Charlton, one place above the bottom three, with confidence at an all time low, and some hard games ahead. Then our owner couldn't influence anything for the foreseeable future.

So, we're in league one with no boss. And you say DC can't plan very well?

Incidentally, how do we get rid of DC when he's banned from his own club?

We usually get about 2 questions right during Only Connect. Get a few more in the general knowledge section of Mastermind. And less on UC.

It always tickles me when someone gets about 4 right on their specialist subject on MM.  I get the impression they just revised a bit on the bus going there.

ps  Victoria Coren - Mitchell is bloody lovely.

I hate it on MM when someone answers questions related to their job. There’s been a few university lecturers on who answered questions on subjects they obviously teach.

It seems we are doing OK from what I have read (You know fact over conjecture)  with some of our own describing it as an indefensible position. If EFL rep or reps have signed off on the ground sale & valuation then that's it. A post event further investigation  brought simply to negate the original agreement is bang out of order. Lump on lol

We're becoming one of those grubby clubs that I was always glad we weren't. Pushing the rules to their limits, being unco-operative, not holding ourselves to a higher standard. What a shameful episode in the club's history that at the moment looks likely to result in relegation.

Incompetence of the most heinous kind.

Yet, many on here were celebrating DC's stance, with choruses of "F*CK THE EFL". Personally, I was disgusted we even found ourselves in this position.

How any right-minded fan could be pleased with DC's handling, when he had well and truly ballsed things up, was astounding.

"DC played a blinder!". Oh, f*ck off!

It gives us a chance of avoiding the drop. But long term until he’s gone some might say we’re doomed to fail.

I’m not planning anything. He’s the one who’s has put our finances in such a state that he’s had to exploit a loophole to try and keep us out of bother. Blame him not me.

Risky tactic though; imagine the embarrassment of getting one wrong.

A post event investigation that resulted in charges that the EFL were misled.

And he didn't even do that properly. If you ever needed an insight into his capabilities...

DC should go on and do the rules and regulations of the EFL. Wonder how many points he would get for answering 'we have friends' to every question! :Chansiri: (hopefully not minus 21).

Would you prefer it if he just accepted the charges, even if they were unlawful, took a points deduction and relegation, just to maintain our morals? Look at us everybody, we did everything by the book, rolled over & got tickled, and we're off to Exeter City this weekend.

Nobody is pleased with his handling, but if the EFL sanctioned everything, why shouldn't we contest it?

Once you're already knee-deep in, do whatever you can to survive. But why are we knee-deep in to begin with?

Consider a reality where we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

At least he'd have a 12 hour flight to revise on. His answer to the first question would use up all his time allowance!
