You've got Fletch and Rhodes at top who absolutely feed off decent crosses into the box. Reach has that in his locker, but we haven't seen it this season. I don't hate anyone but since he's been here (and yes I was glad we signed him at the time) he's been very ineffectual, we bought him to score goals. Unfortunately he's failed to deliver the goods.
