Tell you what though, given the run of fixtures it almost makes a top 6 spot in our own hands considering who we have to play. Bring 'em on. cookeh
Go on then, I haven't done one of these in a while. Green is top 11 (us and above), red is bottom 6 (who are pretty adrift). West Brom are basically already in the playoffs, can't see them dropping that many points. Boro are on a slight wobble and have 3 tough games coming up, can hope it knocks their confidence. Derby are struggling to win games, but have the easiest remaining games. Bristol City feel like they might tumble a bit. On a wobble already and a tough set of fixtures. Villa, a bit hit and miss, but possibly getting going at the right time. Preston are irresistible away from home. I think they have 6-7 straight league wins on the road. Forest's garbage away form is likely to take them out of the race. As for us.. We're still in the running. Predicted to miss out by 3 points, but that's close enough that it's very much still up for grabs. We have no relegation scrappers to play, but we have a pretty vicious run of six 6-pointers! 1

hawksmore
If it’s between us, Preston and Bristol for 6th spot then I’m sure we’ll get it. Neil is being linked with the WBA job too, hopefully that unsettles Preston. Bristol we’ll finish above.

outlaw pete
All games can be difficult at this time of year. It can be just as difficult going to Millwall or Rotherham as it is going to Leeds or Norwich. All games home or away will be hard from now on. I do however believe that Boro are vunerable and there are two places up for grabs. UTO
Striggy
Simple, lose to Leeds and Norwich to keep Blunts in playoffs, win the rest, finish 6th "nobody told me there would be days like these!"
Hirstys Salopettes
Boro are definitely vulnerable ... Big Steve said if were 3 or 4 points off come Saturday 3 pm, well who knows. Granted that Derby and Bristol aren’t playing, but a win on Saturday would mean we are at worst 2 points off sixth. If Villa beat Boro, 3 points off fifth. We we simply cannot afford to lose any of Villa, Forest, Bristol or PNE.
