Out for the rest of the season obviously, but what a different kind of season this lad has had.

Last season he was way more dangerous and effective

Wonder what changed so much this time round?

That tyre he's being wearing around his waist?

Think you’re memory is going. He was good 2 seasons ago. Last season he was pants before Christmas then picked it up after the turn of the year but was hardly devastating.

Age catching up on him, not helped by a criminal lack of fitness throughout the squad.

Being asked to play a role that stifles his natural attacking game.

Being told to earn a new contract going into his final year when others are given new deals in similar circumstances.

Wallace is hopeless and we won't miss him.

Those who say he's effective, please tell us in what way he's effective.

He whacks the ball everywhere without looking. He can't pass. He can't keep his head. He can't take corners.

Hes got two moves. Either he cuts inside or he backheals for the overlap.

That is it. A good left back keeps him at distance.  Either way the end result is the same

He crosses the ball without looking. He whacks it over the bar. Obviously he does it without looking

He back tackles when he's lost the ball, usually getting booked in the process. He's liable to get booked for childish arguing.

That's his repertoire

The positive contributions are generally zero.

Harsh to say the least, you might find he cuts inside because he’s got the confidence to have a crack at goal given half a chance , and you won’t have to look too far to find a few instances where it’s masisvely paid off for him , and us

Let's not forget Carlos insisted on playing him out of position.

Was always a left sided player. I maintain his best ever performance in a Wednesday shirt was Bristol at home when we won 3-2. Switched to the left in the second half and was awesome. Unfortunately Carlos preferred him to play down the right side and cut in side all the time, basically playing as a third midfielder. Would loved him to have a run of games down the left.
