Went to Cricket Festival at Scarborough in 76 WIndies v Yorkshire and a invitational 1 dayer v a Fred Titmus 11 

Wanted more than anything to see Viv Richards bat he came in, 1st ball 6, 4, 4, out i was gutted 4 balls faced

Lovely story about those days that Geoff Miller told at a sports dinner once. Saying how because he was Derbyshire he always had trouble at Headingley. In the mid 70's he was bowling there for England and got Richards LBW first ball. On his run up for the next ball he heard a voice from the crowd shouting:

 

"Nah then Miller ya daft wazzock. Wot tha do that for? I've just paid 10 quid to watch him bat all day!

Doubt many teams will keep a clean sheet at Craven Cottage this season, even less with a left-back at centre-half.
