He was excellent for Fulham in Championship last year and they tried to re-sign him but he thought they'd struggle this term. We are using Jones and Lee to do 1 player's job. Hence lack of goals. So, based on a goal/ decent game last night and a season with Fulham, who battled relegation with Ross McCormack upfront, this lad is better than Lee and Jones put together? So this guy would solve our 'lack of goals' as you put it from midfield? Remind me how many he scored in the Championship last year and how many Lee has scored this season. Makes it all feel good then and makes us think how fantastic out squad is. You can then discuss that in the pub. ( as long as no one has 4G and then they know you're telling lies☹️).
