The real big Qatar money men (Royal family etc Al Thani, Al Muftis) are not currently in country. I am told they will be returning mid December. They like to be in country when spending money. Yes this has been reported before but it has also been said that the Al Thani family have a permanent staff living in the Park Lane Hilton (which they own) for investigating and exploring investment opportunities.
