parkfieldowl14
Qatar isn't a dodgy place at all is it... Personally i'd hate to think we were owned by them, regardless of how much blood money they pump in Rather not! Wouldnt like Qatari or Saudi money, horrible horrible places full of slavery and oppression And worse like giving money to IS.

Grekid
The Qatari's already own Harrods, The Shard, The Olympic Village, much of Canary Wharf and most of Sainsbury's, plus many other things in the UK, so putting a few million into SWFC would come out of the small change which down the back of their Rolls Royce..they would't even notice. They do however want to invest in European football ( they bought Paris St Germain) to help get a better press for the WC and to try and influence the change of dates. They own Al Jazeera TV , which owns Bein Sports channels..which will be bidding for the Premier League next time the rights come up. UTO

Bahrain Owl
And also a group that is very likely to build a completely new stadium for their new toy to play in. Qataris are very proud people. Money would be no object for them to invest in the right club with the right credentials etc. etc. But, hey....why should Milan sell to someone who he feels is "not suitable" for us after all and go against his promise....it would only create pages and pages of ungrateful posts on here!! (Mind you, I think he is used to that now.....if he reads Owlstalk that is)
