If we can beat Forest on Saturday it will equal our start to the 1983-84 promotion season with 11 points from the first 5 games - we then won the next 6 on the spin.. 'Retrogazing'! I remember the 96-97 well! It was the highlight of my otherwise generally banal gazing career. However, the recent 'Mind the gap' retrogaze also takes some beating... LocomotiveOwlerton Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 In an effort to cheer people's hearts, minds and expectations for the season table-wise, I have scoured-ish the interweb and come up with a couple (7) of facts for you all. We only dropped two places today. We are 1 (one) point off the play-offs. We are jointly positioned 2nd in the automatic promotion positions in the away form league. Currently enjoying a positive goal difference. Top ten! At this point last season, we had 3 points. This season, we have 8(Eight)! Nuhiu. Hope this helps.
