ohgoditsjames Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 (edited) A massive shout out to our amazing players who signed my Dads get well card after having his second major operation in 12 months. Last year my dad had to have heart valve replacement and 4 weeks ago he had to have 12 inches of his large instead one removed because they descovered what turned out to be a cancerous growth. My Dad turned 60 2 weeks ago and has followed Wednesday all throughout the days of us being in the old third division up until when I was born. A big thank you to my step dad who happens to be a massive blades supporter had the card signed for him (my mum and dad are still good friends due to knowing each other for over 40 years and my step dad is actually good friends with my dad lol) I love this club through and through and couldn't be more proud to be an Owl, my dad loves it! I have a similar dark secret - I have a signed ball that our lass won on a blunts prize draw and I cannot think what to do with it.
