Their recent form overall is poor.

P6. W1. D3. L2

And that win was home to Rotherham.

Ain't great is it.

They played well & were unlucky at Leicester.

Play offs looking good for WBA, but Hull & possibly Coventry "sniffing" for a play off place behind though tough.

WE need a bumper crowd to intimidate them if we can. Come on we can do this. WAWAW.

Now you've gone and done it!

Coventry has two games in hand over WBA. They’re not mathematically out of it. If they win both of them they’re just 3 points behind with the remaining two games.

One of these games being on Wednesday immediately after playing 120 mins + pens at Wembley...against a Hull City team also needing the points.

If Cov lose that, WBA will probably know one win will do it. They'd ideally like it to come against us of course to get it done before the final day. But a final day home game vs Preston is definitely more in their favour.

West Brom played really well against Leicester. No idea how they didn't win.

Have to hope they were raising themselves for a midlands derby against top of the league.

We just have to keep it tight at the back and take our chances like we did yesterday. And a bit of luck.

On the flip side,  Leicester have been awful of late.  So that might explain why WBA looked so good, when you look at WBA's previous games, they haven't been amazing.

And that win was home to Rotherham.

Aided by the worst refereeing decision in the last decade when Albion got a pen when the Millers' player was a yard outside the box and it hadn't actually hit his arm.

Sorry to burst the bubble but because Brum are playing Udders, this means we can’t be safe.

It could be dodgy if results this week go against Ipswich they might not be able to be promoted on the last day. They'll be devastated and be thinking about the play offs.

If Carlsberg did the results next Saturday, we'd smash West Brom by 8 goals and Huddersfield would win by 1 goal.

Birmingham couldn't catch us and we'd be 3 points above Huddersfield with a +5 goal difference over them.

Then I would start to believe...maybe.

Bud. Look at the Table a fellow Owls guy produced ABOVE.

Again..... IF WE BEAT WBA...

IF HUDDERSFIELD BEAT BRUM....

THE FACT is we would be going to Sunderland with 50 points,

Brum 46pts

Huddersfield 47 points.

Do u get that bud? It could happen?

Pray it does. We would be safe unless Huddersfield won at Ipswich last game + we lost at Sunderland with worse goal difference?
