Posted April 13 Share Posted April 13 It would be a fair step backward but I think our squad would be in a position to be better than the last time we had to rebuild and without EFL restrictions. Cademarteri, Phuti, possibly Pierce Charles or one or two others would also be in a position to stake a claim which enables resources to be focused on better players in the squad. I’d rather rebuild in this league and staying up this season is as good as promotion but as we have seen with Ipswich and Sunderland if you do L1 right you can come up with a squad in their 20s ready for the championship Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
