Geedee
IMO we would make the top 20 but while ever we are out of the premier league we will slide down the pecking order. I think the following clubs today are cwertainly in front of us. North to South Newcastle Sunderland Leeds Man Utd Man City Liverpool Everton Aston Villa Arseanal Spurs Chelsea West Ham That leaves 8 places. There are howver lots of clubs that could credibly argue due to their better recent success to be above Wednesday Clubs like: Forest Derby Leicester Norwich Southampton Crystal Palace Fulham Wolves Brighton lets not even think about Sheffield United So I dont think our top 20 status is as guaranteed as it once was

Whitechapel Owl
West Brom getting left out of a lot of lists, they get in easily in my opinion, certainly if Wolves are going to be included.

DCFCOwls
Manchester United (I miss the days on the playground they were universally hated, 90s 00s) Liverpool Leeds (I know but football is better with actual hatred for a rival) Everton Villa Birmingham Sheff Weds (90s vibe) Derby () Arsenal Newcastle West Ham Millwall Sunderland Plymouth (actually enjoyed our games with them last season and their fans were a laugh) Wimbledon (The crazy gang) Ipswich Forest (It feels weird not having this sack of shyte in the same league as us) Sheff United (Your Derby is one of the best) Portsmouth (a bit of a soft spot for them) Rotherham (We need them as whipping boys lol) Wouldnt have Leicester in there because I havent forgiven them for 94, likewise QPR for 2014. Man City are a nothing club without the oil money as well.

Everton, WBA, Burnley and West Ham to replace them. Pretty much the first division of my youth. United can go in for one season as long as we do the double over them, the second game sending them down and winning us the title.
