1960Owl Posted December 23, 2023 Share Posted December 23, 2023 He has a decent record when it comes to saving penalties, however this does not in my opinion make him a good goalkeeper. Neither is he the worse that I have seen in my time watching Wednesday, though I feel more are ahead of him than behind. He can either be an unbelievable keeper, or drop 4 clangers in a game. There's no in-between with him. I always get behind him, and I'd love more than anything for a Wednesdayite to be our number one for years to come, but I can see very very strong arguments for him being at fault for both of Cardiff's goals today. Didn't get down quick enough for the first one, and the second one was absolutely atrocious. Compare him to someone like Westwood and they are night and day. A decent keeper will also inspire confidence in the defence which should help eliminate a lot of the cockups at the back.
