Just exclude Prem clubs from that competition.

FA Cup - the big one that anyone can win.

League Cup - Championship and below.

Papa Johns - L1 and below.

Gives everyone a decent chance of winning a trophy and the smaller clubs still have the chance of a big pay day with the FA Cup.

I've said for a while that the league cup should try excluding teams playing in Europe.  It would solve a lot of problems regarding fixture congestion,  teams respecting the competition who are in it,  with teams below the top 6 have a chance to win a trophy.

Exactly this.
Papa Johns is a farce that allows big clubs to horde players for under 21s.
League cup should be exactly that, the football league. Could be a great competition with a Wembley day out and Europa league conference spot.

FA Cup - The best domestic football competition in the world: ALL teams join from round 1, some preliminary rounds, but more teams should qualify for round 1, and an additional round or 2 after that to get it down to quarters etc. NO replays, NO midweek games (except postponed). Wembley only for the final
