Thats a full house. It fails to mention things like selling players that are high wage earners and would command a transfer fee. I think the chair writing on the website is not a very good indicator. There is lots of bigger indicators than those mentioned that have been ignored. Its almost like the article was wrote by an anti DC supporter. The last sentence should say turning down 30 million is a more important indicator towards not being in financial trouble.
