I did these into my 30's and 40's I always took them a bit easy at the start of pre-season, give yourself room to keep improving session on session . I used to see them running past up Jawbone and back down Foxhill when Wilko had em. I think it was called Hell Tuesday or Thursday if I remember rightly.
